Precious Stone Cabinetry provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original consumer for as long as they own the property where the cabinets are installed. This warranty covers all cabinetry products and ensures they are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use.
Additionally, Precious Stone Cabinetry offers a Ten-Year Limited Warranty on all drawer guides and hinges from the original date of purchase, as long as the homeowners own the property where the cabinets were installed. The warranty ensures that the drawer box, drawer guides, and hinges used in Precious Stone Cabinetry products are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use.
It’s important to note that this warranty does not cover products that have been misused, abused, mishandled, changed, modified, or subjected to extreme temperatures or moisture levels. Furthermore, the warranty is not valid for products used for purposes other than their original intended use.
If defects in materials or workmanship are found during the applicable warranty period, Precious Stone Cabinetry will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the defective material or component free of charge.
Please be aware that natural woods may exhibit variations in color and characteristics and may undergo subtle changes as they age. Changes in color due to exposure to sunlight, smoke, household cleaners, or other environmental conditions are considered normal and are not covered under this warranty.
The warranty also excludes hairline splints in the paint of any painted cabinet, as well as countertops, appliances, plumbing fixtures, and other components. It does not cover the cost (including labor) to remove and reinstall materials and related components such as fittings and appliances.
Products used in non-standard applications or damaged due to misuse, neglect, abuse, acts of nature, exposure to moisture, extreme temperatures, normal wear and tear, or user error are not covered by this warranty.
Precious Stone Cabinetry reserves the right to alter designs, specifications, and materials without any obligation to make similar changes to previously manufactured products.
In the event of repairs or replacements covered under the warranty, the options provided will be based on the current product offerings of styles and construction options available at the time of the warranty claim. If the product becomes obsolete, Precious Stone Cabinetry may replace the affected component with a new component of the same style or replace the affected component and any other components to achieve a uniform appearance with a similar and comparable product style. However, exact finishes and appearances of replacements may not match the original components due to natural aging processes of wood that can affect color and grain.
This warranty grants specific legal rights, and the consumer may have additional rights that vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental and consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to everyone.
For warranty replacements, customers should contact Precious Stone Cabinetry to arrange for an inspection of the products needing assistance. A dated contract will be required as proof of service for any warranty issues.
